[US] Post-Master’s Research Associate in Bioenergy Sustainability

The Environmental Sciences Division (ESD), http://www.esd.ornl.gov, at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), http://www.ornl.gov, has an immediate opening for one post-masters fellowship in bioenergy sustainability. The post-master’s will be responsible for assessing indicators of sustainability for bioenergy systems. The person will be required to perform literature searches, evaluate recent publications, organize the analysis, and write a detailed publication quality report on the variety of metrics that can be used to measure sustainability. Work will be conducted in collaboration with others conducting research on the environmental, social, and economic aspects of sustainability. Annual salary depends on experience. The position will be based at ORNL in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Qualifications:
M.S. required in ecology, agronomy, soil science, environmental science, or related field. Applicants cannot have received the most recent degree more than five years prior to the date of application and must complete all degree requirements before starting their appointment.
