To conduct independent studies and research are the two major tasks I want have completed during the graduate program. Since I was a sophomore student from Secondary School to the university / 7 years /, I have the capacity to learn and teach through the English language easily. The last one, which was based on extensive investigations and interviews with nearly 100 judges, prosecutors, counsels and witnesses and commons who appeared in court, gives a true reflection of the reality and is highly considered and made referential by Tigrian Prosecutors and judges.
To become an international economic law professor is what I aim to be for a life career. I wish to explore the field of economic law and to contribute to the development of rule of law and an improved economic law of Ethiopia. While attaining the goal of my life, I will surely benefit tremendously from the resources of faculty, dynamic academic atmosphere and unparalleled facilities of your distinguished university. Moreover, I am confident that, considering my keen interest in international economic law, the fundamental knowledge I gained in this field through my personal effort and a spirit of perseverance I have always cherished, I will make substantial contribution to the sector of law of Ethiopia in the future. In this I firmly believe: success is the product of combination of opportunity, interest, competence and hard work.
I am fully aware that sound interpersonal skills and motivation of team spirit are the basic personal qualities required of a good legal practitioner, so I have been very active in taking part in various social activities during the undergraduate period. I used to be the class monitor and the director of vision for the horn organization. I find these rewarding experiences extremely helpful in developing leadership skills in deferent governmental and civic society organizations. Besides, I intended to study my LLM degree in the Law School of your University and subsequently work in Ethiopia, where I gained substantial knowledge about the practical problems of International Economic Law, International Law, International Relations and diplomacy in the world. It is worthy of a special note that throughout the schooling days in the University, I have been the key player of political activities and I have two unpublished Amharic books which have been presented to the scholars in the university, and I am eagerly keeping LLM opportunities to realize my dreams whenever and where ever I am in the participation of the Ethiopian political or legal systems.
