Two scholarships are on offer with a value of $5000 each. One will be awarded to a student with a Construction Major and the other will be awarded to a student with a major in Water and Environment. The students will receive $2500 in semester 1 and $2500 in semester 2. Payment will be made to the recipients after enrolment has been confirmed at Census Date of the relevant semester.

The Sydney Law School Foundation established a limited number of scholarships in 2011 to support outstanding international students undertaking a Master by Coursework program with the Sydney Law School. The Sydney Law School Foundation International Scholarship is worth AU$10,000 payable in two equal instalments in late March and late August in the first year of study.

The Robinson Scholars Program serves first generation college-bound and college students who have demonstrated the potential to succeed but who might encounter economic, cultural, or institutional impediments to their completion of four-year college degrees. The Program’s mission is to provide these students with support services and scholarship resources that empower them to complete a baccalaureate degree at the University of Kentucky and thereby increase the educational capital of their communities. In recognition of the potential obstacles facing these students, the program identifies Scholars in the eighth grade.

Scholarship Description: Scholarships are available for research programs in pavement engineering leading to Ph.D. (3.5~4 years), M.S. + Ph.D. (4.5 years combined course) and M.S. (2 years). The programs are research based and require publishing of research results in top academic journals. Selected candidates will be involved in government funded research projects. Endowed award; established by the late Evelyn Mae McLaughlin ’74, in memory of her daughter Catherine, a student of archaeology at Laurier who died in 1972. Two awards will be granted annually, preferably one being granted to an applicant attending a North American excavation and one to an applicant travelling overseas. The amount of funds granted will recognize additional associated with overseas travel.

The NIBCA Education Committee has been authorized by the Association Board of Directors to offer an aggregate $30,000 per year in scholarships to college sophomores, Junior and seniors who are pursuing a degree in a construction related field and are planning to begin a career in the Greater Rockford, Illinois area. Maximum scholarships for individual will be $10,000 per year and are renewable. Internships will also be offered with local contracting firms.
