I am qualified because I am eligible, but how do I mail my essay as I am indigent. Sending a mail from here, Nigeria to USA will cost me not less than #5000. I don’t think I would be looking for a scholarship if I had such a huge amount of money at my disposal. Please try and adjust this programme to suit us!

The scholarship program is a good initiative but however a biased one. I suggest you make detailed research, I am sure you will discover that nowadays, a higher percentage of the population in the corporate world, universities, civil service are of the female category. Please extend the same gesture to we male folks,we need it even more so.I am hopefully anticipating a consideration next year.

I partook in your scholarship in 2007. After that, I applied a second time but wasnt included on the ground that my application/essay did not reach you. Since then, I have not applied again as I was too busy and always miss the deadline.
Now, I am almost due for my Law school and as a deaf student, I’ll be faced with the responsibility of employing/engaging an interpreter for the entire Law school duration(one year).
I tried to bargain with two professional interpreters some months ago but was surprised at the huge cost. The first said #1.5m while the second #1.8m.
They even argued that they price they charged is moderate because the work will require them to leave their own State of residence and come to the State where I’m posted for Law School and as such, it demands accomodation, inter-state transportation, international transportation(in case of any program I may have to attend outside Nigeria), etc.
I am at lost because I simply have no mean of affording the surprisingly huge sum thet are charging and my Law School will commence the August.
I am therefore pleading for empathy dear moms. I need your assistance pls both in respect of my Law school studies and also the professional interpreter’s issue.
If the sum is above your association, kindly help me reach out for any international body that can be of help pls.
Thanks a million for all your humane roles towards Nigeria and happy belated mothering Sunday to you all.
God bless you!
