I am an MA (Ed) graduate from the University of Dar es Salaam in 2006. I specialized in Educational Planning and Financial Management. I did a
dissertation titled “Financing Community Secondary Schools in Mainland
Tanzania” and got an A in that dissertation. I also did Postgraduate
Diploma in Education on Factors Contributing to Students’ Poor Performance
in Basic Mathematics. Similary, I got an A.

In additon, I have developed research proposal for PhD on Financing Community Secondary Schools in Mainland Tanzania: The Principles and Practices
Therefore, I have enough experiences and I qualify to pursue PhD programe if I secure scholarship as well as admission .
